Our WhatsApp Support Bot uses an AI assistant to answer billing and account questions instantly. Messages you send to the bot may be processed by our WhatsApp Business/AI platform provider in order to look up your account and respond to you. If the bot cannot resolve your query, it hands you off to a member of our team.
Bill payments made through our Pay Bill page are processed by Razorpay; Stampede Cables does not store your card or UPI details.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties.
