The terms that govern use of Stampede Cables' Cable TV, Broadband, and IPTV services.

By subscribing to or using the Cable TV, Broadband, or IPTV services provided by Stampede Cables, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Stampede Cables provides Cable TV, Broadband/Internet, and IPTV services in and around Perumbavoor, Vengoor, and Kakkanad in the Ernakulam district of Kerala, India. Service availability is subject to infrastructure coverage in your area.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not use our services to engage in any activity that is illegal under Indian law, infringes on the rights of others, or disrupts network services.
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control.
All plans are billed in advance. Payments can be made in person, via your local office, or online through our Pay Bill page using Razorpay. Non-payment may result in service suspension. Reconnection charges may apply after suspension.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including but not limited to the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Indian Telecom Act, 2023, the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, as amended from time to time.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, or the use of the services, shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
If the dispute is not resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Ernakulam, Kerala, India. By using our services, you irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to proceedings in those courts.
Where applicable, disputes may also be governed by the state laws of Kerala and adjudicated before the appropriate state consumer forums or regulatory bodies under the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) framework.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
